How to request services from Rocky Mountain Labs
Call a member of our technical staff at (800) PRO-LABS [(800) 776-5227]. We will immediately discuss your application and suggest appropriate lab work. Rocky Mountain Labs will provide a firm, fixed-price fee quote for the work.
Obtain a purchase order if your company requires them (we do not). We also accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Package the samples. Anything that contacts the surface of the sample, e.g. fingers or plastic bags, can be detected with our techniques. Please keep the sample as clean as possible. Package the sample in a container such that the analysis surface is not contacted. A convenient sample size is 1 cm (½”) in diameter. We can cut larger samples to an appropriate size. SPM and SEM samples can be up to 8″ in diameter.

A complete written report in PDF format will be e-mailed to you within 10 days of the receipt of your samples. CD-ROM or hard copy versions of the report will be sent to you via Federal Express upon request. Turnaround Time
An invoice will be mailed after the Report has been sent. Our payment terms are NET30.
Samples are held at Rocky Mountain Labs for 30 days and then disposed. If you would like the samples returned, let us know before that time.
